Greece grateful to Serbian ministries

The Serbian Ministry of Defence stated that Greek Ambassador to Belgrade Christos Panagopoulos will present members of the Serbian ministries of defence and interior with letters of thanks for last year’s assistance in extinguishing fires in Greece.
The statement adds that Panagopoulos will deliver diplomas and medals of Greek President Carolos Papoulias and the Greek Ministry of Public Order to State Secretary of Defence Dusan Spasojevic and other members of his ministry and the Ministry of Interior.
Eight pilots and six technicians went to Greece last year to help extinguish fires and the entire activity in the field was coordinated by State Secretary Dusan Spasojevic.
