Serbian Minister of Justice Zoran Stojkovic answered the citizens’ questions by phone and received around 40 calls for two hours. The citizens complained mainly about the lack of professionalism of certain justices, trials that last for years, as well as corrupted judiciary.

Most of the calls arrived from Zrenjanin, Cacak and Belgrade. This time, citizens had less complaints about corruption in the judiciary; they mainly criticised the tardiness of courts, some cases taking over 20 years to be resolved.
The Minister promised to pay a visit to Zrenjanin commercial court as many complaints came from this city.
Stojkovic thanked those who called for the support and trust, saying that he would use his authority to undertake measures in order to resolve their problems.
The Justice Minister will contact with the citizens on every last Saturday in the month.
