Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic will head the Serbian delegation at the Annual Assembly of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), which will take place in Kiev, Ukraine, from May 17 to 20.

During the meeting, the EBRD’s Board of Directors will discuss and adopt documents on EBRD activities in 2007, report of the Board of Directors on the 2008 budget and the decision on appointing the new EBRD president.
Thematic discussions on promotion of agriculture, economy and infrastructure will take place.
As part of the Programme to promote countries, top officials from southeast and central Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) will give presentations on macroeconomic trends, investment climate and investment potentials.
During the visit to Kiev, bilateral meetings with Ukrainian officials will be held. Serbian representatives will discuss current macroeconomic trends and status of projects financed by EBRD.
