The delegation comprises State Secretary Bojan Djuric and Assistant Minister Tatjana Garcevic.
During the visit to Zurich, the delegation will make preparations for erecting a monument to Mileva Maric-Einstein, which is planned for August this year.
One of the reasons for the visit is to attract more members of the Diaspora to register by April 20 for elections on May 11.
Subjects such as economic cooperation, partnership, cultural cooperation, teaching of the Serbian language and academic affiliation, as well as participation by Serbs abroad in the socio-political life of Serbia will be discussed with Diaspora representatives.
Projects and activities being carried out by the ministry in order to establish concrete cooperation and links with the homeland will be presented at a number of planned meetings and gatherings.
During the visit to Switzerland, the delegation of the Ministry will meet with representatives of various Serbian cultural organisations.
Meetings will also be held with prominent personalities, representatives of the Serbian Orthodox Church, businesspeople and teachers at Serbian schools in Zurich, Geneva and St. Gallen.
