Decree passed on procedure for sale of shares registered in Privatisation Register

The Serbian government at its session today passed a Decree on the procedure for the sale of shares registered in the Privatisation Register and a Decree on the use of incentive funds for introduction and certification of food safety and quality systems.
The government adopted decrees on terms and conditions for using incentive funds for animal husbandry and fruit and vine production in 2008.
The government passed the Decree on approving the programme for distribution of funds for youth projects in 2008.
The government passed a Decree on issuing special St. Sava postage stamps.
The government made a Decision on criteria for determining customs contingents for the import of certain goods. The government also made a Decision to dissolve the Bela Palanka municipal assembly and to form interim organs in the municipality.
The Information on the programme for distribution of incentive funds and development of enterprises and entrepreneurship in the autonomous province of Kosovo-Metohija by approving loans through the Serbian Development Fund in 2008 was adopted at the session.
The Information on the programme for distribution of funds for start-up loans to be issued by the Serbian Development Fund in the autonomous province of Kosovo-Metohija was also adopted at the session.
The programme for distribution of funds for tourism development projects in 2008 was adopted.
