New Serbian ambassador to Mali presents Letter of Credence

The Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that newly appointed Serbian ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Republic of Mali Vladimir Kohut presented his Letter of Credence on March 7 to President of Mali Amadou Toumani Toure.
President Toure said on the occasion that bilateral cooperation has a good future and relations can be further improved.
Regarding the issue of Kosovo-Metohija, he reiterated that Mali’s stance is that international norms and territorial integrity must be respected because the violation and undermining of these principles could have serious consequences for a number of countries with similar problems.
