The Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that newly-appointed ambassador of Serbia to Montenegro Zoran Lutovac yesterday handed over his letter of credence to President of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic.
During the talks, President Vujanovic expressed hope that the beginning of work of the Serbian Embassy in Montenegro will improve relations between the two states at all levels.
Vujanovic said that Montenegro and Serbia should build the best relations possible and that the institutionalisation of these relations that has been launched should be intensified by the signing a series of agreements in various fields.
In that context, he expressed Montenegro’s readiness to resolve the issue of accommodating embassies in Podgorica and Belgrade, in cooperation with Serbia.
