Serbian ambassadors withdrawn from Belgium and Peru

The Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent today protest notes to the governments of Belgium and Peru over their recognition of the unilateral proclamation of independence by Kosovo-Metohija.
In line with the Ministry's Action plan adopted at a Serbian government session, Minister Vuk Jeremic ordered today that Serbian ambassadors in Belgium and Peru Radomir Diklic and Goran Mesic be withdrawn immediately.
The ambassadors should leave their host countries within 48 hours from the presentation of the protest notes of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and return to Serbia for consultations until further notice; it is added in the statement.
