The Serbian Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Society and the General Directorate for Information Society and Media of the European Commission will organise the Conference on Technical, Administrative, Financial and Legal Aspects of FP7 Project Preparation and Completion on February 20 and 21.
The objective of this conference is to both inform the potential participants of the FP7 programme about it and to give participants from Serbia and abroad, who are interested in the same topics, the opportunity to meet, exchange their views and experiences, and to consider possible collaboration on future FP7 projects, including ones that focus on the development of countries in the western Balkans.
There will be a special focus on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), according to the Ministry.
Experienced speakers from the Directorate General for Information Society and Media of the European Commission will present the FP7 background, rules and conditions of participation, and will provide information on the preparation, submission, negotiation and implementation of successful projects.
Successful participants in FP6 projects so far, and evaluators will share their experiences with the participants and will explain the expected benefits of participation in the projects.
A special part of the conference will be dedicated to the presentations of EU and Serbian companies and universities.
