After a one-time assistance to the amount of RSD 10,000 was paid to Magnohrom workers in mid-January, electricity has been restored today so the plant can resume its work.
The new management of Magnohrom will be appointed so that an inventory can be carried out by February 15 and a balance sheet can prepared as well as the introduction of new job classifications, a social program and the preparation of a production plan for this year.
An agreement was reached today that the period of unregistered employment of 123 workers will be solved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy so that those who fulfill the terms can retire.
In early March, a Serbian government delegation will visit Magnohrom to help solve problems that this company is facing, a statement from the Deputy Prime Minister’s office reads.
