The National council for cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) decided at its session today to submit documentation and respond to six requests of the ICTY prosecutor's office concerning the ongoing trials.
Positive response was given to nine requests by the defence, which regarded submission of documents necessary for preparing defence.
The National council also adopted at its session today the proposal of the Serbian government to give guarantees for interim release of indictee Milan Gvero during the trial break which will last from February 25 to May 22, 2008.
