€2m set aside from NIP for Prokuplje

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic said today in Prokuplje that since the beginning of the year, this town has been given €2 million from the National Investment Plan (NIP) for the construction of roads and infrastructure.

During his visit to Prokuplje, Djelic said that RSD 50 million will be invested to repair local roads, RSD 79 million to improve water supply systems, RSD 10 million to heat the "Dr Zoran Djindjic" sports hall, RSD 11.5 million for education and RSD 4 million for the construction of a new meteorology station.
He also said that the Serbian government will prepare a special strategy of equal development in Serbia, which will place an emphasis on the most underdeveloped regions of Serbia, such as its southern part, in order to improve the quality of life.
