Pecinci to receive assistance worth nearly RSD five million

Serbian Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Milan Markovic presented today to the president of the municipality of Pecinci nearly RSD five million with which the municipality will finance the construction of a municipality service centre.
According to a statement by the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Pecinci is among the Serbian municipalities which applied for financial assistance from the ministry’s games of chance fund.
Following talks with municipal authorities, Markovic said that he hopes opening of the municipal service centre will contribute to development in Pecinci, which has received €250 million in Greenfield investments and where 1,500 new jobs were created last year.
He said that on January 14 funds worth a total of RSD five million will be handed over to the municipality of Kovacica for projects in Kovacica, Bela Crkva and Kovin, concludes the statement.
