Programme for home loans from January to December adopted

The Serbian Ministry of Finance stated today that the government at its session today adopted the programme for long term provision of state subsidised home loans for the period from January to December 2008.
According to the statement, the adoption of this programme has created conditions required for continued provision of funds envisaged in the 2008 budget for subsidised home loans which are given out through the National Service for Housing Loan Insurance.
A sum of RSD 3.5 billion has been allocated for the purpose this year, and the Serbian government’s project for subsidising home loans has greatly contributed to improving conditions for providing home loans, concludes the statement.
