Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government prepares set of laws in 2008

The Serbian Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government and the Legislative Secretariat have begun drafting bills on unique voters’ list, election of parliament members and on electoral campaign.
The Ministry says in a statement that apart form the abovementioned regulations, more bills should be adopted next year, namely, bills on associations, national councils of national minorities and on register books.
Furthermore, the adoption of bills on administrative procedure, administrative cases, employees in territorial autonomies and local self-governments, salaries of employees in local self-governments and on political organisations is also expected in the course of 2008.
