Bills on Serbian Army, defence adopted

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the bill on defence, the bill on the Serbian Army, the bill regulating Serbian national security services and the bill on foreign affairs.
The bills on sport and on establishing the International Convention against Doping in Sport were adopted.
The government passed a Decree on protection of the nature reserve Bukovo as well as the Decree on distribution of incentive funds for rural development in 2007.
The Decree on amendments to the Decree on establishing a programme of construction, reconstruction and maintenance of water management facilities in 2007 was passed.
The Decision was brought at the session to dismiss the Kursumlija municipal assembly and to form interim municipal organs.
The Decision was brought to from a working group in charge of monitoring the establishment of prices for essential staples. The Decision was passed to form a committee for establishing proposals for distribution of special recognition to artists who have gave major contribution to national culture of Serbia.
The government consented to the Decision on establishing cooperation between the municipality of Senta and Dunajska Streda from Slovakia and declaring them sister cities.
The Information was adopted on the necessity to sign a contract on financing between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Serbian public company Putevi Srbije for the project of constructing the Belgrade ring-road and motorway, and a guarantee agreement between Serbia and the EBRD regarding the project mentioned.
The government appointed Vladan Zivadinovic as director of the public forestry company Srbijasume, while Slobodan Gavrilovic was appointed director of public company Official Gazette.
