The National Council for Cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) brought a decision at its session today to provide documents and respond to nine demands by the tribunal’s prosecution office.
Positive response was given to 12 requests by the defence, which regarded submission of documents necessary for preparing defence.
The National Council will in the upcoming period hold regular sessions every second week and will duly respond to requests of both the prosecution and defence at the ICTY.
