Bill on confirming guarantee contract for restoration of Gazela Bridge adopted

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the bill on confirming the guarantee contract between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank for restoration of the Gazela Bridge.
The bills on protection from ionizing radiation and on nuclear safety and on protection from non-ionizing radiation were adopted.
The government passed a Decree on premiums for tobacco for 2007 and the Decree on amendments to the Decree on temporary limitations on export of certain commodities.
The Decree on amendments to the Decree on using incentive funds for increasing production of grape vine and hops for 2007 was also adopted.
Consent was given at the session to the Decision on amendments to the statute of the Serbian Share Fund and the Information on the necessity for adopting the programme for distribution of funds for encouraging imports through establishment and certification of a system for regulating quality according to the International Standards Organisation for 2007 was adopted.
The government adopted the Information on cooperation with the European Patent Organisation and on Serbia’s joining the European Patent Convention.
The government also appointed Sasa Vlaisavljevic as director general of Jat Airways.
