The delegation will travel to New York on October 17 to meet with Serbian Diaspora representatives, experts of Serbian origin, university professors, respected individuals and musicians.
They will discuss cooperation prospects for the upcoming period.
Also, the programme of the visit includes meetings with representatives of large companies, investment funds and a leading administrator of UNDP.
On October 18-19, the delegation will meet with academic communities of Boston's two largest universities – Harvard and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
The ministry delegation is also due to meet representatives of the Serbian Orthodox Church and lecturers of the Serbian language in private schools.
On October 22-23, the delegation will be in Michigan to visit a producer of medical scanners, Xoran Technologies.
The owners of this company are Serbs – Predrag Sukovic and Misa Rakic, who are interested in cooperation and investment in Serbia. One of the themes of the meeting with the two Serbian scientists will be outsourcing from the United States to Serbia.
