Government approves transfer of 50% of concession rights from FCC Construction to PORR Solutions Immobilien

The Serbian government at its session today adopted the Information on transfer of concession rights in accordance with the realisation of the concession contract on the construction, use and maintenance of the Horgos-Pozega highway, and gave consent to FCC Construction company to transfer 50% of concession rights to the company PORR Solutions Immobilien.
The government approved the bill on associations and the bill on asylum.
The bill on confirming the European Convention on Transfrontier Television was also adopted.
The Decree on issuing postal stamps “Fight against AIDS” was adopted.
The government passed a Decision on forming a council for dealing with issues of the elderly and their position.
The Decision on amendments to the Decision on prices of medicines for human use was passed.
The government passed a Decision on setting up a limited responsibility company to coordinate and conduct the project for developing mountain tourism on the territory of Stara Planina.
The Information on need for Serbia to join the EU - Customs 2007 programme was also adopted at the session.
