Serbia will react if UNMIK gets state delegation status

The Serbian government adopted the Information on the need for and the manner in which Serbian representatives at international gatherings will react if members of Kosovo-Metohija provisional government take part in the same gatherings.
The conclusion of this Information states that government members, appointed persons and other representatives of government ministries, organisations and offices should react whenever representatives of Kosovo-Metohija provisional organs appear independently and not as part of an UNMIK delegation.
It is thus determined that they should also react whenever representatives of provisional authorities are part of an UNMIK delegation but state their stance independently, which is then considered the stance of these provisional authorities.
Serbian representatives will always react when an UNMIK delegation is treated and announced as a state delegation.
In such cases, Serbian representatives will complain about it to the state which organised or hosted the event, protest and demand respect of Resolution 1244 or, if all this fails to succeed, it will leave the gathering in question.
It is thus determined that they should also react whenever representatives of provisional authorities are part of an UNMIK delegation but state their stance independently, which is then considered the stance of these provisional authorities.
