At the conference entitled "Through cooperation to integration" held in Przno today, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic presented Serbia's achievements in the field of European integration and endorsed the possibility of regional cooperation in translating European law.

As part of the conference, organised by the Montenegrin government's Secretariat for European integration, with support of the German Organisation for Technical Cooperation (GTZ), Djelic talked with his Montenegrin counterpart Gordana Djurovic about experiences in the process of stabilisation and association with the European Union. They underlined the importance of regional cooperation in all segments of the accession process.
The European Commission also supported the idea of regional cooperation of the Western Balkan countries.
Apart from the Serbian and Montenegrin deputy prime ministers, the conference was attended by Albanian Deputy Minister for Integration Alebert Gajo, Head of the Directorate for European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina Osman Topcagic, Croatian Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and EU Integration Neven Pelicaric and Head of the Macedonian Sector for European Integration Dzenik Sejfula.
