The statement adds that at Serbia’s national stand, titled “Made in Serbia”, situated in hall B2, No 314, and spanning 121 square metres, three real estate companies, representatives of six municipalities and three specialised agencies for attracting investments will present their investment projects.
Leading real estate companies from Serbia – MPC Properties, Legat Co and AND –, as well as representatives of municipalities of Zrenjanin, Pirot, Vranje, Paracin, Kragujevac and Subotica will be presented.
Apart from SIEPA, as a national agency, representatives of the Fund for Investment Support in Vojvodina and Belgrade Directorate for Construction Land will talk with investors at the stand.
Such gatherings of real estate companies, local self-government representatives and specialised agencies are a basis for high expectations of organisers as to the number of investors and foreign partners who will decide to do business in Serbia after the exposition.
On the first day of the exposition,
Serbian Minister of Economy and Regional Development Mladjan Dinkic will hold a presentation titled "Invest in Serbia – The Time is Now", and present investment possibilities in Serbia, whereas on the second day he will hold a presentation titled "Investment Opportunities in Serbia – Stara Planina Mountain Resort", and present the master plan for the construction of a ski resort.
Following the second presentation, a cocktail party will be held at the stand for all guests and media representatives.
Over 1,600 companies from 40 countries will take part in this year’s “EXPO REAL 2007.” The exposition is an ideal place for promoting Serbia’s investment potential in the real estate sector.
The participation of domestic companies was organised and financially backed by SIEPA, adds the statement.
