Serbian Minister of Trade and Services Predrag Bubalo chaired today the first, inaugural session of the Council of Ministers for Consumer Protection in new composition, which will take part in formulation of the consumer protection policy and preparation of a national programme for consumer protection.
This council, as a tripartite body composed of representatives of organisations of consumers, distinguished professionals from this area and ministries, has a legislative and coordinating function in the creation and implementation of policy of consumer protection, in line with the practice of EU member states.
