Decisions on providing documents, response to seven demands by ICTY prosecution office

The National Council for Cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY) decided at its 8th session held today to provide documentation and respond to seven demands by the Office of the Prosecutor.
Positive response was given to six demands by the defence, which regarded the provision of documentation.
The National Council will in the upcoming period hold regular sessions, at which it will give timely response to further demands by the ICTY Office of the Prosecution and defence.
