The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on organisation and jurisdiction of state organs in the procedure for war crimes and adopted the Decree amending the Decree on military service, which enables doing military service in non-military sectors of the Ministry of Defence.
The government adopted the Decree on compensation of costs and severance pay of civil servants and state employees, and the Decree on compensations and other forms of income of appointed officials.
The government adopted the Information on payment of military per diems to soldiers of the 1999 war.
The Decision on sugar export to the EU countries was adopted. It prescribes conditions and criteria for distribution of the established quota to domestic producers in proportion with their share in overall production of sugar, with the aim of achieving double control in sugar export to the EU market.
The government brought the Decision on formation of the gender equality council. President of the council will be State Secretary at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy Snezana Lakicevic-Stojacic.
Minister for Kosovo-Metohija Slobodan Samardzic submitted a report to the government on consultations conducted so far with the mediating troika concerning the resolution of the future status of Kosovo-Metohija.
