Working group for preparing draft law on position of national minorities

Serbian Minister of Public Administration and Self-Government Milan Markovic founded a special working group whose task is to prepare the text of the draft law which will regulate general questions regarding the position of national minorities and election of national minority councils.
In a statement by the ministry it says that members of this working group include regular member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SANU) Tibor Varadi, member of SANU Vojislav Stanovcic, Professor at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad Marijana Pajvancic and president of the administrative board of the Ethnicity Research Centre Goran Basic.
Also appointed were Serbian State Secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Fevzija Muric, Serbian Assistant Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Jasmina Benmansur, Assistant Director at the Serbian Legislative Secretariat Darko Radojicic and Provincial Secretary for regulations, administration and national minorities and representative of the Human and Minority Rights Council Tamas Korhec.
Also appointed were Serbian State Secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Fevzija Muric, Serbian Assistant Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Jasmina Benmansur, Assistant Director at the Serbian Legislative Secretariat Darko Radojicic and Provincial Secretary for regulations, administration and national minorities and representative of the Human and Minority Rights Council Tamas Korhec.
