Bill on amendments to Insurance Law adopted

The Serbian government adopted today the bill on amendments to the Insurance Law, and the bill on confirming the loan framework agreement between Serbia and the Council of Europe Development Bank.
The bill on confirming the Civil Law Convention on Corruption and the bill on establishing additional protocols of the Civil Law Convention on Corruption were also adopted at the session.
The government adopted the bill on establishing acts of the Universal Postal Union, and the bill on confirming the agreement on establishing a high performance railway network in South East Europe.
The bill on confirming the agreement on trade and economic cooperation between Serbia and India and the bill on confirming the double taxation avoidance agreement between Serbia and India were adopted.
The Decree on amendments to the Decree on Budget Inspection and Audit was adopted at the session, which regards the harmonisation of amendments made to the Budget System Law, which envisage the separation of budget inspection from audit.
The Decree on establishing the programme for developing mountain tourism in the area of Stara Planina was adopted. The Decision on the amount of funds provided for marking and registering cattle was passed.
