Delegation of the Telecommunications Ministry visits Telenor

Belgrade, Sept 6, 2007 –A delegation of the Serbian Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Society led by Minister Aleksandar Smiljanic visited today the company Telenor and on that occasion was informed on the work of this mobile telephony operator.
A statement by the ministry says that the delegation visited the centre for network monitoring and the centre for communication with service users or the call center.
In talks with executives of Telenor, the problems which this company has in working in the Serbian market were discussed, as well as relations with the regulatory body and state organs. The legal regulations in the area of telecommunications in Serbia and the world were also discussed, concludes the statement.
