The Serbian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management stated today that according to the new consolidated lists of the EU in the area of meat and meat processing control according to EU standards, five meat processing plants in Serbia have received export licenses.
According to the statement, licenses for export of fresh meat were given to Juhor from Jagodina, Stokoimpeks RJ Klanica from Knjazevac, IM Zlatibor from Cajetina, Big Bull from Bacinci and Kolbis from Novi Sad.
The novelty in the EU consolidated lists, which are to come into force on August 1, is approval to Big Bull to export processed products from thermally processed pork at a minimum of 70 degrees Celsius.
