Karanovic visits Aleksinac health centre

State Secretary of the Serbian Ministry of Health Nevena Karanovic visited today the Aleksinac health centre where she opened the reconstructed building of the children's department, an out-patient department, visiting nurse service and the centre for children with speech disorders.
After that, Karanovic held a meeting with the management of the centre and talked to the local media.
An energy efficiency project was previously carried out in the general hospital of the Aleksinac health centre. The total value of works conducted is RSD 20 million.
During 2006, the Ministry gave RSD 4.7 million to this centre for the purchase of equipment.
The reconstruction of the health community centre is currently under way, as part of the National Investment Plan. The construction works are worth RSD 10 million.
