The National council for cooperation with the Hague tribunal decided at its session today to submit documentation requested by the Tribunal's Prosecutor's Office for six cases and to free three witnesses from the obligation of keeping secrets in proceedings conducted before the court.
The council also decided to allow the access to archives of state organs of the Republic of Serbia following two requests from defence attorneys.
The National council will continue to respond in a timely manner to requests of the Tribunal's Prosecutor's Office and defence attorneys of the indictees, with the aim of achieving full cooperation and fulfilling responsibilities to this tribunal assumed by Serbia.
