APR takes over one year chairmanship of ECRF

The Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR) stated today that at the 10th annual conference of the European Commerce Registers’ Forum (ECRF), which is being held from June 20 to 22 in Riga, the APR will take over the one year chairmanship of this very important international organisation which gathers European institutions responsible for the registration of business entities.

According to the statement, the Steering Committee of the ECRF has appointed APR Dragisa Okolisanov chair of the ECRF, who will lead the Forum until June, 2008.

During the one year long chairmanship of the ECRF, the APR will in January, 2008 organise the Extensible Business Reporting Language or the XBRL conference, attended by IT experts of European registers. In June 2008 the annual conference of the ECRF will be organised by the APR, at which, besides participants from European countries, representatives of the US (IACA), Asia (CRF), Australia and New Zealand (APEC) will also take part.

APR prepared very representative and varied promotion material for this year’s ECRF annual conference (brochures, music CDs and traditional souvenirs from Serbia).

After the presentation which Okolisanov held today within the framework of the main programme of the forum, a short promotion film was also shown, which was filmed especially for this occasion, and which invited the participants of the conference to attend the 11th annual conference to be held in Belgrade in the upcoming year, concludes the statement.
