Government adopts Bill on amendments to the Law on budgetary system

Belgrade, 24 May 2007

The Serbian government adopted at this session today the Bill on amendments to the Law on budgetary system, Bill on amendments to the Law on government and Bill on amendments to the Law on public administration.

The government also adopted a Decision on prices of medicines for humane use.

The government decided to dissolve the municipal assembly of Veliko Gradiste and set up provisional authority in that municipality.

At today’s session, the government also appointed state secretaries in ministries.

Zoran Jeftic was appointed State Secretary of Defence and Janko Guzijan was elected State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance.

Dusan Prorokovic became State Secretary at the Ministry for Kosovo-Metohija.

State secretaries at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management will be Milan Petrovic, Danilo Golubovic and Ljubisa Dimitrijevic.

Verica Kalanovic became State Secretary of Economy and Regional Development and Ljiljana Lucic State Secretary at the Minsitry of Labour and Social Policy.

Miladin Avramov was appointed State Secretary at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Ivana Stefanovic at the Ministry of Culture.

State Secretary of Health will be Tomislav Stantic and state secretaries at the Ministry for Diaspora Jovan Filipovic and Neda Maletic.

Milivoje Mihajlovic was appointed Director of the Office of Media Relations.

Director of the EU Integration Office will be Tanja Miscevic.

Zoran Balinovac was appointed Director of the Serbian Legislation Secretariat and Vesna Peric became Director of the Serbian Investment and Export Promotion Agency.
