The National Council for Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal in its 43rd session today decided to submit documentation following eight requests of the tribunal and to free two witnesses from keeping secrets in proceedings before this court.
The Council also decided to relieve 93 defence witnesses from keeping secrets.
Many of the requests from the defence of Vojislav Seselj, Sreten Lukic, Momcilo Perisic, Dragoljub Ojdanic as well as other indictees were positively solved.
The Council will continue to respond to the tribunal’s requests as well as requests from the defence with a view of making full cooperation and fulfillment of international obligations toward this court.
