The statement adds that a total of 14,880 students will be financed from the budget, whereas 15,143 will be self-financed.
According to the government decision, a total of 8,838 state-funded students will be enrolled at the Belgrade University and 7,158 students who will pay the tuition for themselves.
The Kragujevac University will enrol 2,070 students financed from the budget and 2,555 self-financing students.
At the Nis University 2,568 students will have their tuition paid from the budget, whereas 3,120 new students will provide for themselves.
As for the Pristina University, currently situated in Kosovska Mitrovica, there will be 813 budget-funded students and 1,913 self-financed.
For the first time, the University in Novi Pazar will in the upcoming academic year enrol 370 state-financed and 235 self-financed students.
The Executive Council of Vojvodina will determine the number of students to be enrolled at the Novi Sad University, ads the statement.
