Education Ministry sends greetings on Student Day

The Serbian Ministry of Education and Sport sent a greeting today to all students and professors the Student Day.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry, the Ministry fully supports the proposal of Belgrade University Rector Branko Kovacevic on the introduction of student incentives for next year’s enrollment.
Student organisations are expected to submit amendments to the Law on higher education, the Ministry said.
Respecting the Law on higher education and university’s autonomy, the Ministry will continue with the practice of democratic decision-making, agreement between the rector’s office and student organisations.
