Resolution of ownership issues in Serbia important step towards EU

Serbian Minister of International Economic Relations and Coordinator of the Ministry of Finance Milan Parivodic talked today with European parliament Vice President Edward McMillan-Scott about the return of confiscated property and the importance of adopting a restitution law.
The two officials agreed that the resolution of ownership issues in Serbia is a very important step in getting closer to the European Union.
Also, the position of Brussels is that the regulation of property rights is also one of the conditions Serbia needs to fulfill on its road towards Europe.
