Participants in the meeting agreed to organise a seminar for the training of candidates for Roma court interpreters so that members of the Roma national minority could enjoy the right of using their language in proceedings before state organs.
Since a competition for the election of court interpreters for the Roma language has been announced, interested candidates will take a language course and then take a test. The best will be elected for court interpreters.
OSCE representatives showed readiness to offer all the necessary assistance for the realisation of this project, the statement adds.
