The Serbian government approved bills on postal services, games of chance and compulsory social insurance contributions at a session today and forwarded them for urgent parliament adoption.
The government set the rate of pension and disability insurance contributions for self-employed persons at 22 percent.
The rate of compulsory health insurance contributions was set at 12.3 percent.
The government also amended a decree stipulating measures and loans to encourage agricultural production in 2004, as well as a decree on special terms for selling D2 diesel fuel for farming activities.
As part of the session, Vladimir Ilic was appointed as Assistant Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Policy.
