Training for Serbian business registration officers

The Serbian Business Registration Agency said today that a four-day seminar on implementation of the new Bulgarian law on business registry will be organised by the Bulgarian branch of USAID in the Belgrade Balkan Hotel from today to February 3.
Advisors to the Serbian Economy Minister Andreja Marusic and Djordje Vukotic accompanied by Agency’s staff will guide the training programme. The aim of the training is to introduce Bulgarian experiences in reforming this sector.
On Friday, February 2, representatives of the Bulgarian Business Registration Agency will meet with State Secretary in the Serbian Ministry of Economy Zora Simovic and State Secretary in the Serbian Ministry of Justice Branislav Bjelica and will together visit the Serbian Business Registration Agency to see its organisation and the way it operates.
Following the training, participants will have their questions answered regarding the way the business entities registration system is organised in Serbia, which governmental and non-governmental organisations are involved, how the work of various institutions is coordinated and whether the new registration system is efficient and how this efficiency is measured, concludes the statement.
