In a Conclusion, which is an essential part of the Information, it is stated that the government declares all regulations in the telecommunication sector passed by the Kosovo provisional institutions null and void,including all individual acts passed in line with these regulations.
Furthermore, the government finds illegal all actions performed by the UNMIK and the Kosovo provisional institutions against public telecommunications operators who possess licences issued by the Serbian competent organs. Through competent organs, the Serbian government will inform member states of the International Telecommunications Union on the conclusion it has adopted.
The government decided to allocate RSD 1,064,620,000 from the budget to parliament for financing parliamentary elections scheduled for January 21.
It also adopted the programme for subsidies in agriculture, forestry and water management in 2007.
It approved the 2007 agendas of the public telecommunications company PTT Srbija, public company airport Nikola Tesla and the public journalistic and reporting company Panorama from Pristina.
It consented to the financial plan of the Agency for Licencing Trustees in Bankruptcy for 2007.
It also adopted the Information on the need to sign a contract on financing and implementing the project themed "Capitalisation and Establishing of Deposit Insurance System" between the government, the Deposit Insurance Agency and the German development bank KFW.
