Information on invitation to Serbia to enter Partnership for Peace adopted

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Information on the invitation to Serbia to join the Partnership for Peace programme and authorised Serbian President Boris Tadic to sign the framework agreement on December 14 in Brussels on behalf of the Serbian government.
The government adopted at its session today the bill on the ratification of acts of the Universal Postal Union, as well as the bill on confirming the agreement between the Serbian government and the Israeli government on trade and economic cooperation.
The Strategy for the fight against human trafficking in Serbia was adopted at the session, as well as the Strategy for developing official statistics with a programme of changes until 2008.
A Decree on job classifications in the Administration for executing penal sanctions was adopted, as well as a Decision on founding an organisation for regulating the special natural reserve “Uvac”, and a Decision on amendments to the Decision on prices of medicines for human use.
The government also brought a Decision on giving cash rewards to winners of bronze medals at the European Team Judo Championship which was held in Belgrade. The Serbian female judo team will be awarded with €100,000.
The government approved the decision on the prices of services of the public company "Skijalista Srbije" for the winter season 2006/2007 for ski centres Kopaonik and Stara Planina.
The government accepted the draft of the Special collective agreement for employees in student centres.
The government also approved statutes of the Belgrade Institute for Rehabilitation and the Institute for Public Health of Nis.
The Decision on changes to the financial plan for 2006 of the Agency for Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Entrepreneurship was also approved.
