Serbian Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Zoran Loncar has travelled to Budapest, where he will participate in the eighth regional round table of top officials from the Balkans on interethnic relations, which is being held from December 2 to 3.
According to a statement by the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Loncar has travelled to Budapest at the invitation of Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Kinga Goncz and President of the Project on Ethnic Relations (PER) Livia Plaks.
The aim of the gathering, among others, is to continue dialogue on interethnic relations in South East Europe, with special focus on the upcoming decision on the final status of Kosovo-Metohija.
Prominent political leaders from countries of south east Europe, the USA, as well as top representatives of the EU and Council of Europe will take part in the meeting, reads the statement.
