Five customs officers arrested for organised crime

The Serbian Ministry of Interior stated that in an efficient police operation, conducted at the same time in Vrsac, Belgrade and border crossings of Vatin and Kaludjerovo, five employees of the Serbian Customs Directorate were arrested early this morning, as well as one police officer, on suspicion of taking part in organised crime activities.

The Customs Directorate employees arrested are Dragan Zegarac, Tomislav Bebic, Rade Muncan, Atila Turi and Dusan Kresoja and the commander of the police station at the Vatin border crossing Vaso Medjo.
