Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica congratulated today the Serbia and Montenegro women’s volleyball team on winning the bronze medal in the women’s world volleyball championship in Japan.
“Our dear team, I most sincerely congratulate you on the extraordinary success which you achieved in the world championship in Japan.
The entire country watched all your matches and we are most proud of you. You fought in the true spirit of sport, played with dedication and courage, with all your heart, for your country.
I am firmly convinced that we will celebrate your victories many times in the future.
I congratulate you personally and on behalf of the Serbian government for winning the bronze medal in the world championship in Japan,” reads the statement of the Serbian Prime Minister.
