The government adopted the Bill on protection of plants and the Bill on protection from ionising radiation and nuclear safety.
The Decision on the number of students to be enrolled in the first year of master studies at state universities in 2006/2007 was also adopted.
The government passed the Decision on the allocation of apartments built with funds from the National Investment Plan and prepared the text of the competition for their sale.
The government approved the Strategic plan of business operation of the Zeleznice Srbije railway company for period from 2006 to 2010, and the Statute of the Serbian Institute for Oncology and Radiology.
The government adopted the Information on long-term housing loans. New conditions for obtaining housing loans, with state subsidies from the Serbian budget, for persons under 45 years, reduce participation from 10% to 5% and prolong the repayment period to 30 years.
Conclusions were also brought at today’s session regarding the establishment of coefficients for calculation and payment of salaries to employees in the sectors of education, culture, health, judiciary and police. The raise ranges from 9.2% to 24%, and salaries will be paid according to new coefficients from November.
The government adopted the Information on Serbia's premature debt settling toward the Pension and Disability Fund, and the Conclusion was adopted for paying out the second installment of the debt to pensioners in December.
The government also brought a Decision on using current budgetary funds according to which a sum of RSD 54 million will be allocated for the financing of the feature film St George Kills the Dragon, and for the international promotion of the film “Tomorrow Morning”.
