Prime Minister calls on citizens once more to go to the referendum

On the second day of the referendum, Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica has called on all citizens who have Serbia in their heart to go to the polls and vote for the new Constitution.
Kostunica added that the consequences of the failure to adopt the Constitution would be immeasurable.
