Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Snežana Paunović discussed today with IMF representatives the simplification of employment procedures in public administration and the improvement of the method of electronic notification of candidates.

Paunović emphasised that facilitating competition procedures is one of the key priorities in public administration reform, as it contributes to more efficient implementation of procedures and greater availability of jobs.
She stressed that it is particularly important for public administration to open up space for young people, in order to further strengthen the system with new knowledge, energy and competencies.
