Law on tourism amended

The Serbian government approved at its session today the Bill on protection and rescue and the Bill amending the Law on tourism.
A Decree amending the Decree on criteria for setting prices of medicines was adopted, as well as the Decision on the prices of medicines for humane use.
Also, the government brought the Decision on the elaboration of a regional spatial plan for the municipalities of Juzno Pomoravlje.
The government decided to declare Karadjordjeva Topola and Oplenac a regional, cultural-historical site.
The government brought at its session today decisions on the use of funds from the current budgetary reserve, approving the use of 20 million dinars to the National Theatre in Belgrade and 7 million dinars for the opening and equipping of the Tanjug International Press Centre in Kosovska Mitrovica.
The government brought a Decision approving the use of 15.38 million dinars from the current budgetary reserves to the Serbian Standardisation Institute and the Serbian Accreditation Body.
The Information on the necessity of signing the financial agreement Community Assistance for Reconstruction, Development and Stabilization (CARDS) 2006 was adopted at the session.
The Information on the necessity of concluding the agreement on the second phase of the Japanese aid project for improving the water supply system in Belgrade was also adopted.
The government adopted the Information on additional measures necessary for maintaining and increasing safety during work in the public company for underground coal exploitation Podzemna Eksploatacija Uglja.
A Report was adopted at the session regarding the work of the Serbian Guarantee Fund for the period January 1 to June 30 2006.
The last article on the agenda for today’s session was talks with representatives of the district and local self-government on the most important issues in the municipality of Knjazevac and eastern Serbia.
